Shipping Policy

TYPES OF ITEMS

1. Restricted Good: Firearms, Live Ammunition, Propellant, Primers are only allowed to be transported by a legal transporter with permits.
2. General Goods

TERMS OF PURCHASE BY THE CLIENT

1. MAA refer to INCO TERMS 2024 on our TERMS OF PURCHASE reference
2. ALL purchases and returns or replacements are done on an EXWORKS BASIS from MAA

INSURANCE

1. Insurance is not automatic and must be requested & quoted for. Once payment has been received the goods will be insured from warehouse to clients door. BASED on the TERMS OF THE INSURANCE POLICY purchased for the goods.
2. Whenever a dispute arises on damages or insurance claims which can not be resolved, we DRAW the clients attention to the fact that ALL GOODS ARE SOLD, RELEASED and TRANSPORTED on an EXWORKS basis.
3. Maste At Arms Supplies and Logistics, its management, staff and 3^rd party logistics and assistance do not take any form of responsibility for negligence or management role in the booking of freight, transport or insurance.

DELIVERY SCHEDULES & TIME LINES

From receipt of payment, within 24 to 96 hours the order will be processed for dispatch,

RESTRICTED GOODS; all goods are dispatched at the will and service levels offered by RAM or REHUS     

Our delivery service only operates from Mondays to Fridays.

COURRIER TRANSPORT SOUTHERN AFRICA

We charge a flat-rate of R650.00 vat ex for local shipping of small parcels that are within certain wight and volume limits. Should your parcel exceed these limits, your courier cost will be adjusted accordingly.

Purchases over R8, 000.00 ex vat are shipped free of charge for general goods only, uninsured to a main residential or commercial address in South Africa, Anything out of the ordinary will need to be accessed and agreed with the client before transporting, this includes payment and insurance.

Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives, Propellant, Primers, out of gauge goods and large its in both size and mass will all need to be addressed on a case by case basis for transport and insurance

Free transport is not applicable to any Discounted, Bargain Bin, Promotional items or Damaged Items.

EXPORT OF RESTRICTED ITEMS

Firearms, Ammunition, Primers and Propellant can only be exported out of South Africa with permits and EUC in place. This is a complicated process HOWEVER we are happy to assist the client with it at a fee over and above the normal freight forwarding and clearing charges.
